    The incorrect (red) fluid can damage the PS system. The pump is particularly fussy I believe. @Nodge68 will know more about the workings…

    I’d be flushing it PDQ, several times, with the correct PS fluid, and keeping my fingers crossed.     NOT the red one - that will bugger the system.! LR recommend Pentosin CHF 202, but others will meet the ford spec. It is a green fluid.

    Never had to get to mine on the F1 so unsure, but on the F2 you need a cut-away socket to turn the nut and hold the allen key in place. You just can't get the angle / depth with a spanner. ... and don't over-tighten!!!

    The oil filter housing is a bit awkward to get off. Most use a flex-head spanner (27mm)
