    any joy with this as mine does the same only on a steep hill strange can seem to see any problems brakes not getting hot and clutch seems ok

    try taking viscous fan off and blank off the rad the cold air will make it take longer to warm up must say my disco aint got the best of heaters

    d1 fixed lighting problem , ordered new radiator . a frame ball joint and new rubber bushes all round work in progress oh and new bottom rad hose
