update and solved!!!! so with your help sierrafery we managed to rule out the air bags pipes compressor and solenoids so next step ride height senors, i checked both sides out disconnected wiring checked movement and all ok, don't know why but i thought i would check the plugs going to the...

update so far.... have pumped up the suspension about 11 hours ago disconnected everything, and it hasn't moved a bean (sad i know but i measured it!!) so from that with your help seirrafery i can rule out air bag leaks, pipe leaks, compressor, left hand and right hand solenoid as well as the...

went out this morning quickly!!!! pumped it up and disconnected everything going to leave it now as you said see if it drops at all, got a guy coming out next week with a diagnostic tester as the warning light on the dash is still on will let you know the outcome... many thanks for your help

thanks for your help sierrafery, i did what you suggested and unplugged the compressor and hot wired it to a battery. The air suspension raised on the compressor i disconnected the battery and the rear stayed up, so then i reconnected the wiring from the landy to the compressor everything ok...

i take it the exhaust valve is the inline plug at the back of the compressor

i will give it ago if it stays up it will get me home also guess it will tell me it might be the solenoid valve guess is located on the compressor or even the ecu. thats dumping all the air for some reason. it will rule out any leaks and the compressor. thanks

di it come with the drop arm?? how did you get on with fitting it? is it pretty straight forward? not great at mechanics but do as much as i can, oil change harness change etc..
