I did mine with exhaust tubing and silicone fittings all held together with jubilee clamps to put it all together. No transfer of vibrations and water tight.

There is a small hole on the side of the sleeve that the lock barrel slides into. Push an appropriate sized rod into the hole to remove the barrel.

My bonnet came pretty bent due to the PO dropping it closed with a tyre on it. I'm replacing the bonnet and will mount the tyre else ware.

Fuel filter renewed? Sedimentor cleaned? Air filter hose collapsing? Air filter clean? Just a few thoughts that come to mind.

Did you change out the fuel filter or check to see if the air intake hose is collapsing like turboman also suggested looking into? No need to return to the drawing board yet. A LR Tdi motor is crazy simple.

1" high, you got a 2.5NA chassis not a 200Tdi chassis. When I did my engine swap I had to lop off 1" to get the 200Tdi radiator to fit properly.
