good man i believe the tdi 200 is the one that needs the high torque settings...i had a garage tell me once that number 5 injector needed changing on my tdi 200 once his face dropped when i told him it was a 4 pot engine with only 4 injectors...:D

I would say your LR guy is giving you good advice chap, keep an eye on it and if it gets worse it should only cost you a hg and labour if you were to rant it and loose most coolant then it would be pricey...the header tanks can crack around the filler, they're cheap enough to replace...good luck...
