What have you done to your Landie today.

Picked my RR Classic up from my mates shop last night after having all new springs, new front shocks and polybushes all round. Was a very comfy ride home :-)

    Which V8 do I want???

Thanks, I managed to get a Disco 3.5 EFI plenum - same as the rangey 3.9, but without the number on the top, then bunged all the holes up and got it coated in the same silver as the rocker covers and sump as they were all very scruffy. The top hose was from here: ACT Performance Products -...

    Nationwide trim

I haven't used them myself, but I saw a headlining they'd done on a RR Classic at the LRM Show at Stoneleigh in August and it was a very nice job. They seem to have a good reputation.

    Which V8 do I want???

You're so right, but i can't help it! It started with a bit of cleaning and powdercoating when the new lump was going in, but once one bit looks nice and shiny, other bits look less so, so it's become an obsession lol

    Which V8 do I want???

Lots to choose from here :-) V8 Tuner - Rover/Chevy/Ford V8 - Long Engines I've just done a 4.6 conversion in my 1990 RR classic, keeping the original 3 belt style front cover and dizzy, lightened and balanced etc with mid-valves, a John Eales 2665 cam and a Mark Adams Tornado chip. It's a...

    Does anyone offroad/greenlane their P38 or L322?

Well they do LR Employee self drive events a couple of times a year. We paid £79 per car and the drive took approx 2 1/2 hours with a coffee/picnic stop halfway. It would be worth giving them a ring to see what they say about non employee self-drive events. If you are a member of a club, they...

    Does anyone offroad/greenlane their P38 or L322?

I took a mate and my Dad to LR Experience at Eastnor Castle last weekend on an employee self drive offer we had. They loved it. Both standard cars with sidesteps, except my Dad has RR Sport wheels. Both with road tyres and they never missed a beat. There was even one slope where two Defenders...

This is a Range Rover. Sadly.

Totally agree, I work at Solihull and have had the chance to have a good look at both the 3 and 4 door versions and have to say I realy like it inside and out, although i wasn't keen on the pictures when I first saw them (I also drive a classic). The styling obviously isn't going to win...

    dissapointed?

The Eastnor Castle centre is very good, but also a long way for you. I've been round part of it with LR Experience in my Classic and it's brilliant there. Funnily enough, we're taking my Dad's P38 on Saturday (I work at the Solihull plant and we get employee offers occasionally). Another one...

    Hello

I've just registered on the forum so thought i'd say Hello..... I've owned a 1990 Range Rover Vogue Manual for approx 4 years now after buying it from my Father-in-law who owned it for 14 years. He and my brother-in-law both own Softdash classic's and my father owns a P38A, so we're a range...
