    300tdi intercoolers,tuning?

I think usable low down torque is more relevant in something like a land rover - wouldn't bother chasing horsepower personally but each to their own :)

    Is turbo working?

The only real way to check the effectiveness of the turbo is to check the amount of boost it's producing, to do this you will need to connect a boost gauge after the compressor outlet and do a road test monitoring the amount of boost which is produced at different engine RPM. Don't know how...

    Vibration in drivetrain

Lifting the vehicle will alter the suspension geometry, only modified radius arms can rectify this.

    Vibration in drivetrain

If you're going to do it in stages I would do steering wheels (I.e. front) first.

    Vibration in drivetrain

They would help, although I would be more inclined to get front and rear radius arms to accommodate the lift prior to getting the props. You could fit a prop spacer as a cheaper alternative to wide angle props.

    Vibration in drivetrain

Could be uj but have you checked the rear prop to diff rubber coupling? That's a known weak point particularly with a suspension lift.

    LSD???? Worth it or not????

Channel power to whichever wheel on the axle has traction, rather than losing it all if one breaks free. Had a megane 250 cup with LSD at the front, very useful in that car. This is a completely different example but if you've got money to burn why not go for it :)
