As I've got a 2005 td4 I thought there was only one pump - the one under the wheel arch......that right?

Quick update - as I said I changed the fule filter and since then to car has been fine. No starting issues and running really well. Does that mean the fuel PUMP is ok or is it likely to fail in the near future? Very odd situation........

Had an intermittent starting problem - since then have replaced the battery, replaced the fuel filter and had the RAC out. Problem seemed to point to a camshaft sensor BUT car wouldn't start just now...

Can you believe it! Car now only starts now and again and we now have the engine management light, the amber one, coming on. Will the camshaft sensor cause the amber warning light to come on? Cheers Rikky
