Yes it is ........but the driver is still subject to prosecution if stopped driving a vehicle with any defects

Save yourself a load of messing around...........get the cooling system pressure tested...........the leak will show itself immediatly

its a horrible job........front driveshafts out both sides before you even start unbolting the engine .......doable , but be prepared to have a mountain of removed parts sat next to the Rangerover
