That's very kind of you Dave I'm thinking that the damper pulley should sit in that slightly proud position so the serp belt lines up with the other pulleys unless that 2mm doesn't matter. Maybe that's why the belt was singing. So maybe any spacer needs to be between the damper and toothed...
