    hi guys , ive gotta change the above as the one at the mowment has ripped from its rubber mount? is this a common fault ? i find it hard to beleive ? also does anyone now what the damper does? is it a kind of weight to stop the prop vibration? also on replacing do i need to drop the whole...

    just had the viscus coupling go on my 03 freelander!!!!!!! what a boomer , but??? alot of places pricing £400 + to replace the lot has any one else had one sheer off the rubber mounts?:(
