    Parts

I have found brit car (nothing to do with britpart!) to be really good... I got all my new brake system from them and when there was a fault with one of the callipers due to poor casting they sent a new one out straight away no questions, even later updated me on reply from the manufacturer...

Meet the neighbours - who are we talking to ? ... Face to face .. :)

Thanks for your best wishes and I totally believe in what you say, from what I experienced (which I can only assume is the same as if I had paid privately for the consultation) it's definitely the case, a shame for those who don't have access to either the funds or as I do the dreadnought service.

Meet the neighbours - who are we talking to ? ... Face to face .. :)

Thanks gstuart... To be fair they were great staff, especially with the enormity of the place, am I right I'm thinking it's the busiest in the UK? Coming from the backwaters it certainly felt busier than anything I have seen before!I was fast-tracked via the 'Dreadnought' service.. In fairness I...

    Budget LED headlights...any good?

To be honest I bought a set from eBay and so far I'm really impressed. Of course only time will tell and only lit up the inside of barn early evening with them so far! I think I paid £90 delivered. They are the type with an orange halo ring that flashes when you indicate.they are even 'dot'...

    110 seats dilemna...ideas please!

Hi I fitted Audi a4 cabriolet seats... Fitted surprisingly well in my csw and have bonus of being leather, heated, and electric! But one of the main plus points is that being from a cabriolet they have a kind of tilt/slide function that allows full access to underseat battery/storage (from rear)...

    Which winch?

Always keeping an eye but half decent ones still seem to be around the £150 mark :-/ Mrs will kill me if I buy any more Land Rover stuff this month...or worse still I'll have to smooth her over by spending more money on her...works out a VERY expensive tirfor then!!

    Which winch?

That would have been my next suggestion ;-) but bloody hell, have you seen the prices for a 'proper' one these days?! Should last forever though I guess

    Front bumper

Yep thats right,if you look at the pic discomania posted you can get the idea...the underside of what you can see is like a kind of tab that allows it to slip into the bumper, keeping it in place whilst you offer it up to dumb irons and slide bolt in from above...it will all make sense once you...
