I have a mot on my disco at half 8 TODAY .. My hd rear bumper doesnt have the indicators on it so when i unplug them, the relay flashes the lights as if theres a bulb out ! How can i fix this ? Is it simply a relay change ? HELP !?

I just know that with all walks of life there are the ones that thinks there's only 1 way things should be, and if it isnt that way its no good. Cheers guys, im thinking proper detailed desert camo, beige and brown with the cookie chips/leopard spots. Will take time but itll be worth it.

And i started to fiddle around with my new hd rear bumper. I recently purchased this, a winch bumper, hd springs with dislo cones and 4" lift kit. A steering guard and light bar all for a measly £300 !!!

I figured that while im replacing the sills, i may as well make some new body mounts, so this is the basic breakdown of them, just need finishing off.

Been a while since i updated here, iv been busy busy, although not on the disco, First off, floors almost finished just gotta rivet the bastard down and seal it. Secondly, Been attacking the sills, ready to weld in the box and make my new ones, more pics later !

Could be due to weight i.e winch steering guard, bumper etc ??

Fuel system is working again, all new tank and associated parts, after a jump start it runs lovely, tried uploading a video but im on mobile so it wont. Only issue is that my rev needle has very little life in it.

Iv just spent this evening putting a whole new fuel system in my disco, and once it was running i noticed the rev needle had a life of its own, and even that was at a push, any ideas why ?

Iv never had a disco before, and im the kinda guy that worries about insurance AFTER buying the vehicle. Im currently restoring my 300tdi and was wondering the likelihood of getting insured on a classic car policy, i think im maybe being a tad ambitious, but .. Youll never know if you dont ask !

Spent the best part of 4 hours last night repairing this part of the body, its certainly solid now.
