Running standard tyres 205 x 16 at present, Springs where the first thing I checked - no breakages all seems to be ok. Guess i'll just start with 1 item and keep changing bits till I've solved it.

As well as above, try and see if it tightens a smidgen as that can help to break the seal.

I would recommend doing the P Gasket as well, as i did my water pump not long ago and now have to strip it off again to do the P Gasket :mad2: I've been told that the V8 rad is slightly better for the 300's as well, but unsure of how true that is!

Looking really good, You might just have a waiting list once that 1's finished, I would recommend doing the gutter mounts next before you put to much weight on it tho.

I'd check the air con drain bungs underneath by the gearbox, If you have air con that is and if your using it, I know mine gets used :o

I agree this looks a lot better it shows the bottom of the diff, looking at mine it covers all my diff and looks CRAP.

Not with the standard brackets as there's not enough metal there to keep the strength once cut, so need new brackets to get the better angle and looks.

Well finally got a reply back from the dealer's, who in turn went to Terra Firma, who said..... "The guard is bolted in the correct position on the vehicle. It looks odd because the bumper is a non-standard and is higher up which gives it a larger than normal gap." Well that's me at a...

I had the same and it was the front UJ, nice easy fix as well.
