hey there, the haynes 'book of lies' reckons its easier to remove the engine? (ive just removed both as im putting new engine/tbox in anyhow..) i'd replace the spigot bush in the end of the crankshaft at the same time.. ;)

hey all, just bought a set of springs for my 90.. the front seem to be handed and the n/s seems shorter than the o/s..:confused: (the rear are both the same size??) been messing around with cars/springs for many years.. never come across handed ones???:confused: am i being dense or have i bought...

cheers to every1 for the advise- just swapped the rear and that was pretty straight forward. tho, gotta bleed the brakes again as they feel a bit spongey.. front axle next...

hi there, bought my 90 a few months ago.. been spending the past few weeks tidying up the bodywork cleaning /waxoiling chasis etc.. just picked up a disco to do the 200tdi conversion.. so fun times ahead..:D kinda new to the landrover thing.. had a swb series 3 rotting on my drive for six months...

according to the rear of the test certificate, you have 28 days or three months for rust or corrosion related problems to lodge an appeal.. you could still give vosa a bell on 0870 60 60 440.. but i doubt they can do anything after the three months..:(
