Are they interchangeable? I have a 1966 that is now nearly all series 3 with rotten doors and was looking to get replacements but which ones?

Just looked at paddocks and they are showing different prices for series 2/2a door bottoms and series 3 ones. What is the difference? I was under the impression they were both the same.:confused:

I thought about using the brake switch but I believe that is a push to break, but if its going into the gearlever bracket then it would need a push to make switch. I think it could be done with a defender diff lock switch PRC2911. My gearlever bracket has not got the threaded hole that newer...

I was just thinking of fitting a push to make switch to the gear lever bracket. It looks simple enough. I will post a pick when its done.
