That does seem a lot of power for a fan 400 watts. May be a silly question but is the fan blade able to spin freely or is it binding ?

Just check the back fixing holes prior to fitting. Your tank may well be from the same batch as mine and the holes are 1/4 inch out. Easier to file out when on the workbench than when hanging nearly in place.:)

I insured my standard 109 with Sure-term. I was dissapointed that they put lots of clauses in the small print. It cannot be used to travel to work and had to have an engine immobiliser fitted, limited mileage and £150 with 30 years no claims. I think next year I will do a bit more shopping around.

I ended up doing mine myself. But when I asked the local garage the old boy told me that it would be about 5 hours labour. IF I removed all the corroded floor screws myself !

Thanks Bustersbus. The supports were already fitted to the gearbox and I just fitted new mounts to them. I still have my old gearbox with the supports fitted. I will have a good check tomorrow.
