as the title says this weekend i have been mostly under the landrover . having bought a brake kit and two new front drums from paddocks got them all fitted but brakes still feel crap .shoes and pistons all round .took an age to bleed up with a gunsons eezybleed .but got there in the end . now...

thought that.. just been reading a few old posts sounds like hard work .do you always replace the bushes when changing springs first time i will have done this .better go and get some cutting discs . cheers

go to scrap yard find an old 7 seat izusu trooper seats in the back of them fold up i got a set in my garage loft i took out of mine so i could get the dog crates in dont know how you would fix them in with seat belts though .worth a try

ok thaks for that just been out sside and wire bbrushed all the bolts in the springs up and give em a good soak with wd40 think i will do this a few times befor i start wont have the cash until next month

hi all went to work in the landy this morning .all went well until i parked next to another 2a of a work mate . discussing my new toy i noticed his sits a bit higher than mine .after alook round he said my rear springs are goosed . his spring hanger are upright and parabolic . mine are droping...

hi all jusst found an old cb radio in the shed . can i just bolt the ariel to the roof or will i have to run it to earth.with the roof being ally ?what do you think

oh and fitted a new interia light

got a new door lock from famous four today. a britpart one all fitted and working . but i had to use the old lock part that locks the handle down the new one was to big .just happy i can lock it.
