if you transferred to another vehicle but if you built up from correct parts, technically you should have at least one original component but lets face it if you bought a landy and you found the chassis was scrap so you replaced it, engine was shot and replaced it, gearbox,steering,axles...

dubious way of reg'ing a vehicle but it doesn't say it was scrapped, technically wrong but if building a standard as it left the factory s11 on a correct replacement chassis a case of triggers broom could be argued!

we have kl71 kumhos on our works landy great in the snow, some fowk say they don't last but they have been on there for over three and a half years and still have loads of tread left and do a lot of road mileage with it too

over on arbtalk we have land rover appreciation group thread where everyone posts their landys also various show us your... tractors/diggers/chainsaws etc something like that might work? show us your s1/11/111/defender/disco/rangy etc threads? that way if you want to look at some pics for ideas...

tvo not easy to come by these days but can be bought from certain fuel suppliers and I think its pretty expensive too, not sure what the difference is between tvo and paraffin but I do know some tractors had petrol/tvo and petrol/paraffin models, I think tvo is slightly heavier?

Iveco is no longer in production as far as I know, I am genuinely surprised about people not knowing about santanas? the pentland ranger service has a SW and it has a lot more room inside than the defender, good engines too, not sure about the fiberglass tops though

surely this would be straightforward enough for any garage or engineers to do?

I took the damper off completely manual steering makes it a bit lighter and has never given problems at speed or off road

know of a guy who ran his 2.25 petrol! on kerosene! it had twin tanks heated it up on petrol then switched over to kerosene when warm

tried (old recipe) nitromors did take a bit of but didn't get right down and I was running out of the stuff! tried a blowtorch to didn't really get anywhere though? think it must be armoured paint haha :D , is caustic not bad for alloy?
