P.S. I got the injectors and pipes too. If you can get a pump from a RRC it will already have the kickdown brackets.

I have done this and the injector pump was the first that came to hand in the scrapyard.

It is a pain in the butt this is my only oil leak (at the moment) where it drips, blown back into bell housing ending up with two drips every stop!!

So what is the best? The Quick Valve or the Dowty washer. Fight!! I have just got to the point that after several drip free periods and having to retightening when the two drips (sump plug and blow back on bell housing) appear on the drive, I am afraid to go much tighter on the plug.

Can you replace/check the bulb in a hazard switch? My hazards work but the light in the switch doesn't light. Neither does the indicator warning when the hazards are on but the switch is the main tell tale, right?

No old seal to check against. Perished and sills were rotten and replaced. So starting afresh.

Can someone with an early 110 post a photo of their lower seal? My P channel looks too high and my rubber seal looks too low, in fact it comes out under the door!! I could lift the rubber seal a bit but I lined the holes up and drilled them through the middle of the metal insert. Please help.

Car is fine. Temp fitted 15A and it works. I don't think I will be overloading the wiring as it is two circuits and the spike in amps will be intermittent with the indicators being on and off as they flash.

I have considered the centre console but think it is expensive. I just cut a hole in the centre panel. I do have a later type shifter and I am cosidering adjusting a chubby box and fitting that in some how.

Great to see another Auto in the making. I used std Disco pipes but had a section of the steel pipe replaced with flexi. I mounted the cooler using Disco brackets welded to the rad frame, keeping it at the same height as the Disco. Also fitted an aircon grill to allow me to keep the diagonals.

has anyone else has this? I had indicators or stop light but when I had both together I blew the fuse. It has a 10A fuse and think this is the right size.

The next time someone is under their truck could you snap me a photo or two and add some dimensions where I need to weld the brackets to my chassis. Or a photo of the axle links to show their position and I can set the chassis brackets to suit. I know off roaders are best without anti roll but...
