Im hopefully getting a galv chassis at some point ib the forthcomming months what paints do i want to use i have heard galv can be a pain to paint on

Depends what options but with td5 crossmember and gearbox crossmember looking about 1500 with delivery and vat

Well i have decided that a richards galvanised chassis is on the cards for the end of the year :-D, what i need to know is what do i tell the DVLA as in registering the chassis change to keep it all legal? Cheers steve

I read on there site is pieces of 3mm steal is welded behind the bits that are prone to go to give them long life, but surely with all the galv there is no need and i the richards is 2.5mm all way through at least if it does rust its gunna have added protection all over and have an equal overall...

You certainly arn't lol i like the thickness of richards chassis through out lol the marshland is only in a few parts
