    tailgate opening

    I have The very same problem :( The window drops normally, double click from soleniod but door is still firmly locked. Having removed the rear panel; (lots of wires) and access is 'very' limited. Nothing appears loose, no broken wires. I was able to unclip the rear panel! funny no screws!! hmm...
