is there any play in it when jacked up & rocked side to side, up & down? i had this on a ford mondeo mk3 about 3yrs ago, noise only started after about 15 miles, garage could'nt find a fault at 1st:rolleyes:, turned out to be o/s/f wheel bearing seizing when it got hot due to lack of grease...

hiya, i was looking at a disco 2, bot unfourtunatley, the fuel consumption was lousey, i do 12000 miles a month, but, to be honest, i've driven both, & i love the freelander, as i keep saying, it's a great vehicle :lvheart-beat-019: it to bit's (despite it costing me £245 already:Cry: lol), martyn
