    looks good. i did roughly the same with my air box. i made a bracket to hold it in and still use the intake from the wing and the breather pipe goes to chassis. for the rad mounts i used the old ones like you but welded a nut to the rad housing and then just bolt it on

    checked wiring again. the link light comes on when the relay clicks and then stays on when it disconnects and stays on until i turn ignition off. pressing the manual link does not keep them linked together but the light does stay on if i press it

    thanks it doesn't matter how many revs it still happens. i could check if something is drawing lots of power from main battery when running to see if thats it

    I had similar problem. The switch would cut the indicator without putting on hazard. It was the switch at fault (must have been lack of use) have you checked both sides of fuse. The holding clips sometimes need cleaning and adjusting with pliers.

    i just did my 200tdi conversion from a 2.5td. i didnt tap any holes out or swap the housing theres enough there to hold it. i swapped my oil filter housing over as the disco ones were not long enough with no issues
