I'm thinking of buying a defender td5 I do car share so it's not too bad

I have just fitted my 90 with a disco 200tdi engine started it up and it revs its self and settles to tick over and cuts out and no throttle response anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Ok so after owning my landrover 90 for roughly half a year landrovers have grew on me. I'm after a 2nd for my 80 mile round trip to work 5 times a week, any thoughts?

Just seen these posts thanks for the advice since posting I have bought a 200tdi with 140k on the clock bought new clutch new crankshaft oil seals ect so hopefully should be good in the end

Ok so I have bought a 200tdi (disco) is there any problems i will run into I know the bell housing needs changed and tighter bend in the down pipe.

Just bought some injectors for the 200 tdi as 2 are missing 50 quid for 4 :D

Looks good what engines fitted?

Wants 350 for it

It's a runner sorry worded that wrong has turbo fitted and yeah just the engine

How much is a 200tdi worth without gearbox but with turbo and missing 2 injectors 140k on the clock

Still to sort out where do you recommend buying them from with grills?

No if anything it's geared too high is there any way I can find out what it is? Cast markings ect? To be fair it will do 60 in 4th reving it hard.

It does 50 in 4th the kills it when you go for 5th gear unless going down hill or a perfectly flat road.

Sight lights low beam and high been all in them horrible tractor lights

Just seen these messages still got it and started doing some work on it have a look at my photos :) going to sort the lights out also as for the engine it's not too bad breaths abit but been reading up and it sounds as though they all do. Looks loads better after the paint job!
