    Hey guys....I have recently bought a 300tdi engine from turner engineering...since then I have increased the fueling from the smoke screw and the main fuel screw....but the idle has increased to over 1000rpm in gear....is there any way to drop it to 750rpm. Thanks in advance

    Thanks for the advice and link....I have yet to understand why the land rover is so expensive....I had thought about an aftermarket replacement,but the reason I want to use the kenlowe is because where I live in trinidad tends to get a bit hot at daytime and also I do alot of driving on...

    Hi all...I have a 300tdi discovery 1,the electric fans in front of the ac condenser have done in....I wans wondering if I could replace them with a kenlowe 14inch replacement fan....while keeping the viscous fan.

    Well the injectors were redone and only one tip was found to be bad....when he did my pump I experienced similar symptoms and I changed my complete injectors for new ones....with the same problem....I don't know why but I suspect pump timing....

    Hey all...as a follow up to this thread...I removed the pump a second time and took it back to the specialist for some readjustment when we got it back smoke was alot less....however the engine now has no power on hills....on the road it's pulls alright...by land rover.     The person who serviced the injector pump had to increase the fueling from the main screw to get power as it was extremely lazy

    Injector pump serviced and injector tip changed in one.... I will pass the info to him...turbocharger seal should be good as its a new turbocharger....how can I check the seal?

    Hi all....posting for a friend, he has a 300tdi recently rebuild new liners,rings, cylinder head,valve seals.....started smoking found the turbocharger to be at fault.....bought one new from rimmer Bros not a genuine(aftermarket)....issue now is its still blowing blue smoke.....on idle no smoke...

    However of I open the thermostat plug there is no coolant in there....but opening the expansion tank quickly fills the thermostat housing back up and temp drops
