Discomania, Timing seems to be part of the issue. Found that last eve. Still have the overheating. Haven't checked for play on the crank shaft keyway with a wrench on the pulley. But adjusted the timing slightly to good effect. Can slightly improper valve clearances cause overheating? A- Arr
