Hardy Spicer are GKN? Anyway, if your yokes are worn on the UJ flanges but the propshaft splines are fine with no wear just replace your flanges and UJ's. My front prop has heavily pitted splines where it's had no grease for Christ knows how long (my fault) so needs replacing. Only discovered...

You'll get away with play in a UJ for a while but get it sorted asap. Keep checking it in the meantime.

No, not if your UJ is going. I ran mine whilst waiting for parts and the bearings collapsed and the UJ spider almost worked it's way through the yoke and completely knackered it. I was probably a day away from my prop breaking through and smashing through my floor!

Whatever you're told, prepare to triple it once they start to strip back to find suitable metal to weld to!

Are HD springs just for the rear? I have a 110 hard top that is used as a workhorse that needs new springs all round and dunno whether to get just HD rear or HD all round. As above, I've no particular desire to install a lift kit on mine. What did the 200 tdi come with as standard?
