    Drivers side door hinge was a little worn with some wiggle on the door....how difficult could it be to replace all the hinges??? In fact, why not replace them all while I'm at it! Hinges bought from LRS in Derbyshire - many thanks!! Result...One door hung...others can wait until they are...

    Replaced my ridiculously small Momo steering wheel with the original - ahhhhh, all is now well, and in the process managed to get rid of the bone shaking rattle - on the flip side my main and full beam now do not work......whats that all about?? D-oh!!! New switches...???

    It already has a two inch sus lift, but the chap at the landy place that did my tires recommended that the front just needed lifting no more than that to level it out - spacers just seemed the cheapest option for now - but will prob upgrade my springs at a later date - Cheers Doc!

    lol, never done that on a landy - and my old 4x4 had torsion bars at the front - any tips? the shock looks like its going to be a pain to remove! :0((

    hey Yoda - how easy is it to fit spring spacers to the front to compensate for the sag from the winch and bumper? - had a quick look, but it didn't seem like a quick job

    id grind a deep groove into the bolt shaft and use a large flat head screw driver and wrench with plenty of pushing force - has helped me in the past in the same situation - good old dremel multitool!!! used a small engraving bit to cut the groove!

    stopped that infernal clanking from the rear shock absorbers - only took a bit of modification and 7mins a piece! Ah .... bliss!!!

    Changed my little go-kart wheels for some nice new 33x1250x15's on some beautiful shiny new deep dish modular rims in black with silver studs!! looks awesome!! Noticed a bit of sag at the front on the springs - anyone know if they do 1.5'' spring spacers?? Also bolted in a new seat belt...

    hmmm, I have manuals with diagrams - and a few spare switches to wire them up to - no multimetre tho - my electrical skills are medium I would say - never done this tho - any advice? its a 1991 110 defender
