Not sure about the diffs but I got the tbox from Ashcrofts and definitely makes a massive difference compare to before. How would I identify if I have series diffs? Sorry for hijacking the thread, at least it's still on topic!

I have a 200tdi in my '87 and with the 1.4 tbox it screamed at anything over 45 so I put in a 1.2 tbox and now it'll sit at 50-60 comfortably. Wonder what might be different? Diffs maybe? I think mine are standard but can't really be sure

Can you get those tool trays that goes under the middle seat? I've seen that YRM do them for a Series 2, wondering if the depth/aperture is the same on a Defender as that'd be pretty handy. Anyone know?

QT flexi arches or similar would probably help. They come out horizontally so have more clearance. If your tyres are fouling on the tub arch then trimming that back a bit will help.

Not sure what you mean - the casing? They're both metal and do feel pretty chunky but the Parkinson one is a lot smaller than the CP one when you put them side by side.

I bought one of those cheapy Parkinson ones from Lidl's but you get what you pay for - it has roughly the same power as Michael Parkinson himself. I went and splashed out on a Chicago Pneumatic CP749 as recommended by a diesel fitter at work and you just have to show it to a bolt and it undoes...

Mine does that but it's something I've never got round to sorting. I assumed it was the stalk. As for the MOT I thought the wipers just had to perform a full sweep of the window, shouldn't matter about the speed settings. Or is it one of those things where if it's there it has to work?

You won't need cranked trailing/radius arms for 2" but you'll go through bushes faster and your wheels will return to centre more slowly after turning a corner but not a problem, you'll just get used to it. I have a 2" lift on my Ninety with no other suspension mods, no issues so far. I'd say...

Just undo the nut on the bulkhead bolt and tap it back with a hammer far enough to remove the rock slider, shouldn't need to come all the way out just enough to clear the slider.

I put an old Mondeo horn on mine, plenty loud :P

It's just there for a bit of extra protection. I put a new one on my Ninety about 6 months ago. Pig of a job. Gave it the good news with a few coats of stonechip to help protect it.

But other than the holes I do like the look of that. I would probably colour code the windscreen frame and bulkhead but other than that I wouldn't change a thing. Looks good!

Must have bought a new hole saw and got a bit over enthusiastic!
