15-40 mineral oil sorry, i should have been more clear. lazy typing lol i was aware of the oil level problem, others on here told me to just top up.. i was cautious of this as didnt want to put extra oil in, so i drained the oil and made sure i knew what was in it at the moment its half...

or swap for a disco one manual?

Aye can smell it at times, to cause more confusion sometimes it's burning oil smell other times can be like unburnt fuel. Hopefully it can see another mot and get through the year.

Haha. I look a right dafty now. Mrs was pull over for brake light aswell as smoke. That's the only thing I could see, thought it was a wiring/earth prob.

ive noticed when have the lights on, both the rear light and brake lights work off the same bulb.. any ideas what problem could be?
