    You been under it and checked the chassis? (Banged it with a hammer for instance?) Or are you taking theseller's word on this? Don't rely on MOTs ... my 1954 S1 has MOTs but its a real shed!!! Sounds too good to be true ...so it might not be!

    If all the nipples are rounded chances are the brake cylinders will need re furbishing as well....as obviously no one has bled the system for ages!! Your best bet is to remove brake cylinders and then, with them in a vice its nice and easy to get at them to have real go at the nipples. I have...

    Hi Stuart Welcome Do not be put off by the comments! Its just that the Freelander hasn't got a chassis ..oh, and no low box ..... so owners of ratty sheds get a bit sniffy about them. Fit some decent rubber, get a suspension lift an I reckon they would see off a lot of the more modern...
