The only spade connectors are from the rear screen heater. I had the self same problems a short while after replacing the actuator. I replaced the micro switch's and springs in the door catch which solved everything.

Ta Problem is with the glass down I cannot get to the lock to replace it. I have a replacement in the tool box. Now I am getting 4 bleeps. At least it locks but with a big hole where the glass should be. Another problem just pulled outside handle off. Big rust hole behind it.

Hi. 3 door. 04 TD4. The window wont work wit the fob or key. Just noticed that the cabin lights are on all the time even when locked. Disconnected the battery for at least 45mins (need a tea and a cigarette). Prior to attempting recalibration.

Hi Problem with rear window. First window would not drop on opening the rear door. Alarm beep on locking. Tried closing the window using the switch. Window dropped and would not move. Thinks recalibration. Followed the sequence. Now 3 bleeps on trying the switch. Repeated the sequence 6 times...

I have the same problems. When you open the door does the glass drop? Mine did and I found pushing the glass down - it moved about half inch . Slammed the door hard., the glass moved up as normal and I could lock it. Yes you will need a new lock. Hope this helps.

Given it all a soaking with wd. No change except that the glass is occasionally now not moving. Is the micro switch replaceable or do I need a new assembly.

Found the relay, swapped with a proven new one. EUREKA!!!!!! Pump runs for 15 seconds then stops. Many thanks Jimsky Korsokov, Arctic2 & guineafowl21 for all your help. If ever we meet I owe you one.
