I used Scratch Remover which I bought from Poundland for well, a pound. Useless for paint scratches but superb for restoring the headlamp lenses. Mine now sparkle like new.

Actually I retract my statement, they are only naff in my view and it's up to other owners whether they add style or not. Each to their own else we would all be driving the same car. Stopping Tesco dings is a good idea, except when a bigger 4x4 draws in.....

And the defining point is they are naff. They serve no purpose, are a liabilty, and as example above shows, can cause damage.
