    I found the easiest way to understand the One Wheel Up Test was to watch a YouTube video. It is very easy to do once you have found the bits. I will be doing mine periodically to keep an eye on it.

    VCU Torque test results

    Thought I would join up to post my results. With a 32 mm socket and a 5 kg weight at 1.2 metres, 45° to horizontal took 35 seconds. 2001 TD4 with 133k miles (that I have owned for a week).
