It did cross my mind but doing it at home on my drive way would of been a bit much! Once it's all together,painted and iv enjoyed it over the winter I may well pull the shell off complete then wheel the chassis out to strip and galvanise

Good luck with the bulkhead. I would suggest buying a 90 tub with it fitted and making that fit yours!
Was my origional plan but didn't have the space so brought a brand new panel and it's been ball ache ever since and cost me a fortune
Ahh ok. The oem plastic breather to the gearbox I broke so was looking at upgrading it.. I may have to buy a new oem one and then just cut and extend it

I have a 2010 puma and intending on fitting a wading kit! My question is how do I go about fitting a gearbox breather? Shall I remove the origional bung and tap in a 90' bend?
May well look ok but still be rotten my 110 td5 chassis was!
Got it blasted then cut the rear cross member off to replace and was rotten from the inside out!
And I wouldn't say there was anything iffy about it to put in the stolen landy section lol
All mint condition no kerb marks etc.
