thanks wammers, so with the fault reading boost pressure sensor, It mat be becasue of the MAP Sensor being wired through the PSI Motorsport box. Well ive had no luck finding one being broken, all that are advertised on ebay have had there wires cut when the engines had been removed. So looks...

:welcome2: sounds to me like you have put a fuse into number 13 on the base of the drivers seat. this allows the car to be towed when it wont run. remove the fuse you will get your gears back

I dont think any of the wires have been cut, just unpluged and taken out. There is nothing cut into any of hoses thats for sure. the map sensor located on the top of the diesel fiter has just been unpluged and this PSI box pluged into that and then wired down to where the map senso loom went...

My Dads has this fitted, although we are having some problems now, not because of the box directly, but because we dont have the section of loom that was removed when it was fitted. Have a look at my other post. PSI motorsport : Diesel Tuning Oh but the difference in power is supprising.

Sounds to me like there is a leak before the valve block, on the pump its self. The system is staying fine over night when the pump is not running but in the morning when the valve block is open again, the pump isnt producing enough pressure.
