You could buy some new seals from a Land Rover dealer, they go between all the roof panels. Alternatively just use some silicone sealant (you can get the clear stuff) from B&Q or Homebase etc. Make sure all the joints are clean and dry before applying.

There's only one way to do it mate, pour oil in until it drips/pours out! No dipstick unfortunately. Yes, most Landies leak in various places. Keep an eye on the diffs and check the oil regularly, you don't want to run them dry! The seals are cheap and relatively easy to do but a mechanic will charge a fair whack if you don't do it yourself.

Hi all. Replaced the clutch and thrust bearing with genuine parts but now I have symptoms of a worn thrust bearing! When the clutch is engaged and the gearbox in neutral I've got that thrust bearing noise. What's up????:confused:
