Its a new model not yet been on show to the public,it was going to be displayed at the NEC today but it broke down on the M6 , the RAC came out to pick it up but could not open the door becuse the key fob would not work, when they did load it on the truck the EAS ****ed up putting it on the bump...

Yea sorry, i must have had a land rover moment, its the later model L22 , the one that looks like it had a Halfords conversion on the rear lights. But i do agree i would never swap my 10 year old P38

I think you must be lucky and please you are, i read on another Land Rover web site Land Rover in the USA tried to take Goodyear to court becuse Land Rover were putting new tyres on under warrenty becuse of vibration caused by the cupping of the Wranglers, but i have said all along thease P38's...

I brought my 1998 dse 5 years ago and from that day it has pulled to the left, i have checked, replaced neary all the fron sterring ,bushes ect and its still doing it, it i move over to the other side of the road it pulls to the right so i think its the camber of the road or as Fanatic says it...

Had Goodyear Wrangler on my DSE when i brought it, should have driven it on the rims, i am sure the vehicle would not have shaken itself to bits

Well i have to say i was surprised, it look bloody nice, and i still matain the P38 looks better than the L322, I allways think the rear lights on a L322 looks like a convertion brought from Halfords. You've done a grand job there Kelly

I ahd that problem on my 1998 DSE and i checked the steering joints and could not find the problem untill i took it to a mates workshop and we put it on the MOT ramp with the moving plates you run the front wheels on and we soon found wear in both track rod ends, i could not detect that with a bar

When my twin back boxes on my DSE rusted i replaced them with a couple of boy racer back boxes from Halfords for half the price of DSE one, i would have thought fitting twin pipes wold be straight foward

I have had my DSE 4 years and i have replaced 2 air springs, waterpump, theremostst and a brake light switch and also a blend motor and a drivers door latch, cant grumble about that

Are your tyres Goodyear Wranglers, they have a habit of cupping, run your hand over the tread and they will feel like the teeth of a saw if you get what i mean,run your finger around the tyre and you will feel a rise on the trea then it will drop the your finger w ill rise again then drop thats...

I thnk the fuse is under the drivers seat, if its not the fuse have a look at the brake light switch, just above the brake pedal, not to bad to get to, mine had melted, a new one is only a couple of pounds

My P38 DSE has just clocked 124000 miles and only thing i have changed is the waterpump, oil change every 5000 miles with Mobil One oil fully syn, there a little like the wife, give them regular attension and they will serve you well, better than the wife you can switch them off

If your battery is a little weak it will show up a couple of faults becuse the sensors are not getting a healthy 12 volts, normaly gearbox and alternator faults
