    Officially fooked?

The slave cylinder fits with the bleed screw at the TOP as air rises through the fluid. If you pit it at the bottom you will end up with half of the cylinder full of air!

Are they going to the roof rack? - Guess they are I'd make then up myself - just go to a boat shop, and pick up some stainless cable, thimbles and clamps and make them up!

Don't worry - sounds like you may need to slaken off the adjuster on the trailing side of the drum a bit

    Transfer Case and input gear

the input gear is inside the transfer box - you remove the round plate on the rear of it, and it should be in there. The output shaft from the main box goes through the hole in the front of the transfer box (after replacing the seal - obviously not in your case as its new - but you may have to...

    Transfer Case and input gear

Use the one out of the reconed box - it should just slide on the shaft - make sure they send you a cross drilled input gear as this helps the oil get onto the main box output shaft better and increases life. Also check the splines on the output shaft - not much you can do if there worn, but...

    rear safari door refurb

Guess so. That's how I did mine. Fitting lock and hinges was straight forward. Never done the wiper motor mind you. Fitting it back on is a two person job to make sure you don't damage the paint. Then all you have to do is allign the lock and the support bracket. Best to fit the spare wheel...

    Wtf?

Easy way to find out -taste it (don't drink it)- if it tastes like water then it's mos likely condensation, if it tastes of diesel/ antifreeze (I'm not going to say anymore)

    Bench seats for the 110

Mine were in Brit part boxes but made by somebody else. Watch out as they came with9/16 bolts and no nuts, as they were obviously designed to be used as replacements, so I had to have the hardend steel plated drilled ou to m12 which was a pain in the arse and delayed the job by a day, and...

    Bench seats for the 110

I get a set of new britpart ones - easy to fit mind you after you work out which way around the plates go that attach it to the tub. Two bolts each side and there fitted - 1/2 hour job to do. As for belts - you can either get all that gear that goes with the metal bars behind the seats...

should I be looking at 2.5td or tdi?

People say the TD is ****, and most often there right, but if you get it working properly, and KEEP it that way(easier said than done some times) it will happly cruise at 75mph, however it will take some time to get there and will be drinking diesel(I get about 25mpg on a run at75mph fully...

    Help!!! Indicator problem

Behind each panel - each one earths to its own point on each wing (along with the other lamps on the same corner.) By swaping the relay - I presume you mean the flasher unit do you? Rapidly flashing lights are caused by not enough current being drawn through the flasher unit to keep it...

    Infra Red Lights

No, but the Kw of light is powered simpley by a set of two large batteries, two very thick cabled (22mm square each) running to two sepearte bus bars behind the passenger seat, which then splits off from there to 5 relays, each one switching two lights at 100W each. Obviously having them on...

    lrseries.com - beware

Distance selling regs state that they must take them back without any reason within 14 days if you don't like them, and they have not been used/opened and are in a resellable condition. This covers items you buy without actually seeing them Also the trades descriptions act covers this as...

    Infra Red Lights

For reasons that will remain my own (see later on) i want to fit four infra red lights to the front of my Landy, two above and two below the front bumper, quite central (like above and below where your winch would go(or maybe your number plate)) But this got me thinking as ANPR and time...

    Td5 or TDCi etc

Had a TDCI out for a test drive about a year ago. The inside is completly revamped, with new seats, interior linings, new dash etc. etc. (and a strange bump in the bonnet :) ) However - it does depend on what model you go for. The XS has everything, the county has a lot, and the basic...
