Hi people, bare with me im new to owning a disco and dont know loads Basically what im wondering is what do i need to do to lift it 2"? Iv seen the kits i.e shocks and springs which yeah i fully understand, but do i need to replace any other parts on the disco? Like props, arms etc? Just need...

Right, got a discovery safari and its got the a frame nudge bar on it. Does anyone know how to remove it? Iv taken out to 13mm bolts from the rear but its still on pretty firmly, im wondering if its attached to the actual bumper? Regards Lee
