Cheers everyone, mine isnt the V6... only a 1.8ltr 4cyl i am putting the VCU on today when my friend drops it all off for me. as for the gearbox, i will give it a go once i get hold of one and i will take photo's of each step and put a post up :D

Sod it im just going to change the lot!!!! I will start with the Gearbox, then the IRD/Transfer box, then i will add the props and VCU then if it is masking a problem with the rear diff i will change that!!! Costly but will all be done and dusted end of the day :) back to my question...
