Changing My Wheels, Advice Please Peeps

The 22's have a reputation for poor driveabillity, but if you go as small as 18 or 19 after 22's you will be disappointing with the look, how about the 20 inch stormers like i put on my p38 they have the same rolling radius as 18's with 55 tyres so drives well and speedo is spot on.

They are bent, tried to clout one of the bug bulges out with a mallet and a ton of rust fell out the bottom, so rusted as well. The rubber is also splitting along the lip where they have been bent. I honestly think its a case of leave them as they are or ditch them, there's no way i would...

Spent a few hours tidying the RR up today, I keep wanting to take the side steps off as they let it down, all misshapen and rubber de-laminating on the lip. Trouble is if i take them off, they are that rusty and bent there's a good chance i wont get them back on again. I really can't make my...

Will P38's become appreciating Assets ?

Interesting point but do you think petrol will still be around in another 50 years? I think diesel will still exist in a synthetic form due to the amount of machinery and plant that runs on it.

Oh dear! £££££' not a faulty injector after all!

Yeah, i would want an cause or explanation, i would worry if it had "just happened"

You are correct of course 6 cylinders on a TDV6, the name sort of gives it away. I need to be a bit more careful when posting as i had already narrowed my train of thought down to just 1 bank, the failed bank of 3 cylinders but not stated it in my post, causing possible confusion.

    DSE head bolts

That's right you cant drill them out, they come out the same way they go in, screwed with a tool like this. M3 to M10 (3/16 - 3/8) Helicoil Wire Insert Removal Tool | Engineering-Supplies.com I've teased them out with a flat head screwdriver before now.
