I do like the ARB ones but the cost is too much. Im surprised no one actually make just the mounting plates that bolt to the chassis so peeps can them fab their own bumpers. if some one does ive not come across them. im thinging of using a C beam as the basis of a winch bumper

what make is the actual bumper as its the size i want. one that stick out a bit so no chopping ot the grill to fit the winch

Head is cracked inside the exhaust port

When i took exhaust manifold off no2 exhaust port was full of water . Every thing else was bone dry . Id made sure every thing was dry so i could trace any leaks

Well the head is off and its fooked . Its got a leak between the water jacket and no2 exhaust port The port is full of water

One week on its still loosing water somewhere. No sign of any leaks any where. Temp is running fine.. Nothing in the oil. So either some one is nicking my water. Or its the headgasket leaking.

At moment its not overheating just loosing water. Inside carpets all dry . No leaks from core plugs

The small clip on the back of my nearside headlight has broken. They are small ball and socket .its the bit on the headlight socket section looking at the back of it its the top left near the wing . Looks like they screw on . Are replacents avail or do i have to buy a new light unit

Instead of 240v feeding the original motor and pump via the pressure switch. im feeding the pressure switch with 12v then from the switch to the small compresor . So when system up to 120psi it shuts off comes back on when pressure drops to 70psi the air is regulated out at 80 psi to the...

The normal air pump you get with some air horns are no good . These horns need 80psi to work

Yes they are on a small compresor and air tank . Im using the heave duty tyre pump from maplin it gives me 120 psi and old air compressor tank with its pressure switch . Its a 6 litre tank . All jerry rigged in boot plan to rig up a aircon pump as compressor plus fab some 3 inch steel airline...
