That's what I thought, not the scrap price though obviously. It does run and drives but the Ministry do not think it is road worthy... :(

Tried one of those online sites that buy 'unwanted' motors today. They quoted £160 for my Disco (MoT failure), that's if they collect it, if I take it to one of their yards I can get as much as £110 :confused: Is it really only worth that as scrap value?

I'd go for D1 too for the reasons already stated, but again, it's personal preference. Welcome to LZ and good luck with your hunt and choice, whatever it may be. It maybe worth putting the link up to ebay here so others can look and maybe advise accordingly.
