thanks for the help according to the diagrams i can fine, the rear lights are the 2 pairs of red wires at the bottom on the socket, if i put 12v to either of these all which happens is the binnacle lights are on, I'm getting very confused now, with this and the bolt on bits hazard light switch...

yes I've checked the bulbs, all good, the stop lamps work fine, both are on a common earth aren't they? thanks for the help so far

yes the front side lights work perfect, no other switches i can see

I've just removed the 6 way lighting switch, joined the brown and brown with white tracer wires, also joined the stop light ,wires. Alps great apart from I have no tail lights, everything else works, fog lamps, all the headlamps, I've power at all the fuses and not blown fuses, any ideas?

That would be great if you could post the instructions, I'm surprised how troublesome the original switches are, it seems a bit over the top for a hazard switch the amount of cables

I've started fixing all the electrics on my ex mod 1985 110, I've bought a bolt on bits rdx hazard light switch. Has anybody a diagram? The new switch only has 6 terminals and the original switch fell apart in my hands, atleast I know what was wrong with the indicators
