Thanks James, got a bit worried for a sec then as already spoke to the dealer. What do you do for the gasket on the between the engine and bellhousing? Will instant do or replace the whole thing?

Heres a thought........If I swap all of the rear of the engine(clutch, flywheel and the bit of bellhousing thats bolted to the engine), Do I get a seal for a 200tdi or the 19j??????

Replacing the rear crank oil seal on the 200tdi prior to doing the conversion. Now where to get the seal from, Ebay has them for around £10. Dealer £30. Which would be the best????????? I am thinking dealer cos I dont want to do it twice

They are ok. The drivers seat piping has come out on the outside. ( from when you climb in and out) from the look I would say they are from an early 1990`s car but that is a guess just looking at the condition. If you need to I can email some photos if you want.
