Ok, im going to need some help here,my VIN is LA077923, please can somebody point me in the direction of the correct kit as I cant seem to find it.

Just making sure as I need to get a 52mm spanner. I have a feeling I need the defender kit as my VIN seems to match up with the defender parts?

Im going to change the housing too

Is the replacement exactly the same as on a defender?

Also, I have seen some kits with a 12mm seal and an 8 mm seal?

Im going to get some box section to do the sills and looking at patch repairs for the arches as the rest of the arch looks fine on the inside but the outsides need replacing. The red oxide would suggest it has been done before yes. I am just going to be pricing everything up tonight so if...

You say that but I have never noticed it leaking down the wheel? But that may explain some of the spots of oily substances on the road etc

Just new seals? Is it ok to still drive it until I fix them (like next week)?

Just been underneath the disco poking yet more holes, this time in the sills :(. Whilst these I saw something dripping onto the front wheel :eek:. Is this a leaking swivel hub? I remember changing the seals a few years back on a 90 amd it wasnt the best of jobs :( Thanks

Hi. Does this sale include the sides of the floor that wrap around the wheel arches? Cheers Martyn

If I repair it is there a best order in which to do it, such as wheel arches first, as I dont say want to replace the boot floor, then have to remove it to do the wheel arches etc

Well it arrived today and I fitted it :). It comes with 2 relays to wire the lights in 3s. Just need to tighten the lights a bit more tomorrow and fix my indicator as one of the wires is broke :(
