yeah it was 2.25 diesel so ditch the coil resistor then and how many amps rating for the relay???

ahh i think thats the problem head not earthed,ill rectify that but can i still use the coil resistor or is it best to use a relay if so how many amps???cheers you two

cheers springdon ill try running it up with the oil bath first and if it does cause issues with smoke ill switch it to a dry filter

hi im just fitting a 19j 2.5 turbo into a series ,ive kept the series radiator and fitted a remote oil cooler just piping it up now and im wondering if i can still use my oil bath filter or do i need a dry filter for a turbo engine also does anyone know the alleged output hp on a 19j turbo...

hi is anyone passing through claycross in derbyshire through to newquay in cornwall that can carry a 19j td engine, ill be up there from 11/4/13 to 16/4/13 help load but it wont fit in honda civic cheers

does anyone know what engines will fit a 1972 series 3 diesel without needing to change the gearbox, clutch etc or if i go down the tdi route is it easier to get an engine and 5 speed box together and drop them in i use the landy daily on the road but not avert to a bit of green laning

its a 3brg diesel mate n the heads ok it just needs new big ends fitting its a runner just knocking like a pig and i want something more reliable cos i use it everyday for work
