YOU COULD ALWAYS CONTACT A COMPANY CALLED PUNCTURE SEAL. THEY WILL COME TO YOUR HOUSE AND FILL ALL YOUR TYRES WITH PUNCTURE SEAL THAT WILL FILL ANY HOLE MADE IN THE TYRE UPTO 6mm. MY TYRE SIZE IS 265/75/16 AND THEY QUOTED A PRICE OF £50 TO DO THEM ALL. ONCE DONE NO NEED FOR A SPARE. SHANE:)
